With our world-class facilities and equipment, Assemblies Unlimited offers turnkey contract packaging services for liquid and dry, food and non-food products. As an end-to-end solutions provider, we offer innovative primary and secondary packaging options and manage projects from design to completion. Our national network of co-packing facilities gives us the versatility and flexibility to provide an extensive range of packaging options and accommodate very tight schedules. We have more than 25 years of industry experience, provide solutions using the latest packaging trends and source and procure all the raw packaging materials close to the copack facility to save on freight.

We provide primary packaging services for powders, solids, and liquids in any flexible or rigid container for both Food and non-food grade products. For non-food, we package household cleaners, laundry detergents, automotive care products, and more. In our food certified locations, we have high-speed blending and filling lines for packaging CBD, energy shots, protein powders, gummy bears and dietary supplements. We also provide automated contract packaging solutions for an extensive range of food and beverage items such as powdered drink mixes, spices, pasta, grains, cereal, candy and gum, gummy bears, and trail mix, to name a few. Our food plant certifications include SQF level 3, organic, kosher, gluten-free, NSF, and AIB.

For secondary packaging, we can design and assemble POP displays, assemble seasonal gift sets, do registered film bundling, shrink wrap club store packs, do blister packaging, clamshell RF sealing, Repack, relabel, assemble kits and seasonal gift sets, and more.
